Real estate has been part of Yenifer’s story from the beginning. With a family who has worked in real estate rehabs for many years, she was introduced early to renovations and gained insight into how homes are improved, valued, and positioned over time. With a sister in interior design, she also brings an added perspective on layout, functionality, and helping sellers present their homes strategically while guiding buyers to recognize both immediate appeal and long-term potential.
Yenifer earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Accounting from SFSU and began a career in public accounting, serving clients in the real estate sector. That background translates into organized timelines, careful attention to disclosures, and a numbers-forward lens on pricing and options—without losing sight of what “home” means for each client.
As a member of Athas & Associates, Yenifer is mentored by Denise Athas, a respected community leader with over 20 years of real estate experience. Denise currently serves as President of the Novato Chamber of Commerce and previously served three terms as Mayor of Novato.
